N'Ice Chouffe

Gulden Draak

I just happened to have a Gulden Draak glass to drink my fist Gulden Draak. Nose is all sweet dark fruit. Taste is very sweet. Raisin, date, and tons of rich caramel malt. Very good, but very sweet. The 10.5% ABV is very well hidden.

Jailhouse Smokey

The smoke is very light and well done, but I always find it hard to pick out other flavors in smoked beer. There is definitely wheat, cocoa, and a bit of syrupy sweetness present. I wouldn't scream its name from the roof tops, but it's not bad.

Firestone Walker Double Jack IPA
