Pretty interesting brew. Up front it is a lot of chocolate & cinnamon with a subtle spiciness. The finish is more spice and the slight pepper burn lingers a little while. Really quite nice.

This is a very nice beer. The smoothness really surprised me. Nose is chocolate, smoke, cinnamon, & roasted malt. Flavor is much the same and the alcohol is very well hidden.

Sly Fox Ichor

Your standard dark fruit and heavy malt flavors you would expect in a quad. A little bit of alcohol warming, but it is nice and subtle. Fig, chocolate, raisin. Pretty decent sipper.

I really like this. Grapefruit aroma just flew out at me when I popped the cork. Flavor is major grapefruit, peppercorns, coriander. Really nice in my opinion.

Dogfish Head Noble Rot

Very different. Like a cross between a Saison and a dry white wine. Very acidic with almost a champagne like flavor as well. I probably wouldn't drink a lot of it, but definitely worth a try

I had this at the Crabapple Tavern and I didn't have phone with me, so no picture. This is a nice black IPA. Nice malt backbone with a well balanced hop bitterness. Add in a little roasted malt and you have a tasty brew.
