Terrapin Monk's Revenge

5/21 #2: One of the few Terrapin beers I have not really liked. Hard to explain really, just not my cup of tea.  I think it mainly has to do with the lack of balance in high alcohol beers.  Many of them have an overly sweet malt & strong whiskey flavors to them and I just don't like my beer to taste like whiskey.  If I wanted whiskey I would order it.
