Interesting beer. Like a sour with hints on sake. Tons of Acidic sour flavors. Very different, but quite good.

Lots of sweet earthiness, lemon, fresh grains, yeast and Nobel hops in both the flavor and the nose. A pretty nice blond, but I wouldn't say exceptional.

Nose is malt and grain. Body is really light. Taste is roasted malt, coffee, nuts, and a touch of hops.

Heavy Seas Mutiny Fleet The Great Pumpkin

Very spicey in both the nose and flavor. Lots of nutmeg and allspice. A fair share of cinnamon, clove and caramel malt flavor as well. Decent pumpkin beer, but not one of my favorites to date.

Rogue OREgasmic Ale

Nose is very malty with hints of orange. Almost no hop aroma, but you definitely get hops it the flavor. Pretty heavy on the malt with a long bitter finish.

Very smooth. Slightly nutty, with a nice toasty flavor and just a touch of hops. Thoroughly enjoyable.

Alpine Duet

Awesome! Nose is bursting with pine and citrus hops. Flavor is exceptionally balanced. Nice hop punch with a smooth, somewhat dry, and long lingering finish. I drank the first 12oz glass in about 2 minutes :-)

Very sweet with Candied sugar, light malt, and fruit. Too sweet for me personally.

Quite a nice little blond. Nose is fruity, pears, peach, apple. Taste is smooth. Apple, yeast, bread, banana, and slight alcohol.

Airdale The Angry Panda

Thanks to @gpettooh I got to enjoy this delicious beer from a local San Diego brewery on the other side of the country. Nose is somewhat sweet with apricot, cantaloupe, and grapefruit. A hint of alcohol. Taste is toffee, grapefruit hoppiness and a little herbal earthiness. Very nice.

In draft at 9 Street Kitchen in Roswell. Not bad. A little malty, a little hoppy, a little bit of fresh grain. A pretty nice mix of everything. I enjoyed it enough to have two.

Shipyard Pumpkinhead

Lots of pumpkin spice in the nose, mainly nutmeg and cinnamon. Taste is also pumpkin spice and pumpkin, but in also keep picking up lemon. Not the best pumpkin beer I have had, but Very light and refreshing.

Nose is lemon, grass, orange peel. Flavor is a lot more bitter that I expected. Hops, lots of peppery spice, some sweet ginger, but the pepper and hoppy bitterness take over and last for quite a while.

Abita Pecan Harvest Ale

Nose is pecan with a touch of cinnamon. Taste is pretty watered down with just a slight bit of pecan. It needs more malt sweetness and definitely more pecan flavor.

Terrapin/Shmaltz Reunion Ale '11

Feel the BURN! Rich deep chocolate and vanilla flavors. You definitely taste the peppers in the finish and a slight peppery burn lingers for quite a while. Interesting beer. I enjoyed drinking it.

Hmm... Average. A little thin. Nose is tart with a hint of oak and grape. Taste is sour/tart up front with a sweet grape juice like finish. I still enjoyed his, but better versions of the style are out there an available.

From the cellar of @craft_Suds. 100 different malts & grains, and 60 different hops, and surprisingly it all comes together pretty nicely. Nice roasted malt & caramel flavors with a dry hoppy finish.

An Octoberfest/pumpkin ale hybrid and it tastes exactly like you would expect. All the Octoberfest goodness with a touch of pumpkin and pumpkin spices. I am really enjoying it.

Personally I am not a huge fan of Quads in general, but as far as the style goes this is an excellent beer. Very thick and full-bodied. Lots of dark fruit, raisins, dates, and tons of malt.
